The Sea Pines Resort - Welcome Center Renovation

This renovation project was awarded to May River Contracting on a negotiated basis, with Subcontractors and Vendors being competitively bid and the results were reviewed by the Owner/Design Team.

Court Atkins Architects was contracted through May River and worked closely with the resorts' interior design team of J.Banks.

The customer counter and new columns were added to the existing layout, adding depth and definition to the space. The countertop was done by Vetrostone, and is an epoxy cast of shells and other beach treasures.
