Andes Rotisserie

Highlights

Interior Design & Build-out with architect & Base Building Contractor.

Coordination with building officials and fire department to allow solid fuel, wood fire as the main cooking source. 


Designed kitchen and equipment with local vendors to create a chef’s dream cooking facility.


Interior finishes were done using sustainably sourced products, repurposed woods, stone and other building products. Interior walls are done with timbers milled from North Carolina Hemlock trees killed by Wooly Adlgid beetle.


Boards were burnt sanded and sealed to create a truly warm and inviting space.
