The Campus

This 16,000 square foot office was complex was constructed from the ground up in 14 months. The structure is steel and concrete with light weight concrete decks. To open up the ground level parking the Ecospan joist system was used.

The Campus is a wonderful place to work, there is a cafe and gym for the employees, as well a 4,500 sf presentation Room / theater with stadium seating, private conference center, as well as a central courtyard to relax and take in some fresh air. There are also group work rooms designed to enable forward thinking and creativity.

The Courtyard isfinished with a raised pedistal system and 2x2 porcelain slabs. There are no visible drains or pipes, all are concealed beneath the tiled surface and can be inspected by simply lifting the slabs.

Planters we constructed of Corten Steel, and are filled with simple understated LowCountry plantings.

We used a synthetic turf in the courtyard ellipse, over a fully permiable athletic foam base to create a green space welcoming to you bare feet. Everyone is more creative in bare feet.
