This project was awarded to May River Contracting on a negotiated basis, with fee set as a lump sum and 100% of savings from the budget was returned to the owner. Subcontractors and Vendors were competitively bid and the results were reviewed by the Owner and architect. 

Significant architectural features include custom maple reception desk, nurses station, treatment areas all with absolute black granite, aluminum door frames, window walls and sidelights, maple doors, fluted glass all framed below floating ceiling ellipses.

Critical area of the treatment centers electrical system is backed up with an emergency generator and automatic transfer switch ATS. Additionally, the server room is independently cooled with a Mitsubishi computer room unit.
