State of the Art Dental Care Facility
New Build-Out from Shell Condition. All plumbing, electric, vacuum piping and compressed air was run in the ground before the slab was poured.
The theme for the space is open Hi-Tech, where all the dental equipment is modular, with no hard walls between patient areas.
Finishes were selected as team between the architect, owner and May River Contracting. These included, Floating wood floors, ceramic tile with detailed inlays, painted acoustical ceilings, archways and an elaborate trim package.
The mechanical systems for this space included, (2) new five-ton HVAC units, exhaust fans, new electrical service & meter base, plumbing service and water meter, compressed air as well as vacuum air piping.
