Significant architectural features are Natural Cedar Siding with a curved flair at the base of the building, and creating a skirt detail along the entire building. The exterior trim is all custom milled to create a "Craftsman" air, with the southern tradition of Bahama Shutters.

This building was constructed to comply with general "green building" practices and materials, creating an environmentally friendly and healthy building. This includes framing materials, siding and trim from sustainable forests, low VOC paint, flooring and adhesives, as well a low reflective cool roofing material.
