Base building infrastructure work that included mechanical and electrical upgrades along with adding two sets of gang bathrooms. 

Construction of demising walls creating individual suites which were all individually metered. Upgraded all life safety accordingly.

Two floor, recreational tenant buildout included an interconnecting stair.
